Howard Johnson (photo left) is a Chemical Engineering graduate of Purdue University, who writes from knowledge and experience about fuels and the oil industry. A scientist, engineer and late life writer, his first novel, “Blue Shift” was published and is now available in bookstores with sequels on the way. This book is his first non-fiction effort and represents years of research on alternative fuels and energy systems.
Mr. Johnson spends summer in Tippecanoe Lake in Northern Indiana with Daphne Fox and their little Lhasa Apso, Charlie. They spend winters in St. Augustine, Florida and travel frequently both abroad and in their motor home,“Buford.”
