Jeannie Coyle (photo left) Managing Partner of Talent Savvy Manager, has been an innovator in the field of talent management throughout her career. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at American Express, in the early 1980's, she designed and implemented the system for developing leaders over time through experience. It endures today as a most successful talent management system that continues to be driven by top management and produce measureable results. As an executive coach and strategic HR solutions provider she has displayed a knack for understanding the true drivers of talent development and helping leaders and organizations make practical breakthoughs that truly deliver new capabilities to achieve business priorities. A former board member of the Human Resource Planning Society, she is currently on the board of the Pacific North West Strategic HR Forum.
