Linda Goodman (photo left) has operated her own practice as an independent business consultant for the past 16 years. As a former senior executive for several major corporations, she has a broad base of experience that crosses multiple disciplines including marketing, sales, strategic planning, catalog, and operations within the retail, entertainment, and, hospitality industries.

Linda has worked with clients in diverse industries across the country ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups. Her background as both a senior corporate executive and as a consultant has enabled her to utilize emotional trigger research to uncover and make use of customer emotions to craft successful and innovative strategies for numerous companies.

Linda operates her consultancy practice, LG Associates, out of Avon, Connecticut.



Michelle Helin (photo left) has mastered the skills of provocative questioning and intuitive listening to uncover the hidden motivations behind how and why people - customers, employees, vendors and shareholders - make the decisions they do and take the actions they take. Her proprietary methodology and seasoned judgment in assimilating these findings yield powerful insights that enable companies to rapidly enter new markets, craft innovative strategies that drive new sales and forge enduring customer relationships.

In a multi-dimensional and richly varied career, Michelle's strategic research expertise was sharpened in senior management roles with Fortune 100 corporations analyzing and resolving critical roadblocks to their growth. From these "make or break" experiences, she gained a broad base of hands on knowledge overseeing strategic corporate functions that cross multiple disciplines including operations, sales, and marketing in industries as diverse as retail, hospitality, and entertainment.
