Ray founded PRO in 1993 after selling his multi-million dollar tool and hardware manufacturing business.
Ray, a recognized authority on peer advisory groups, has been quoted in INC., Entrepreneur, and the Wall Street Journal and writes a small business column, "Advice from the Pros," for The Business Ledger in Chicago.

To date, he has facilitated more than 1,000 peer advisory group meetings, his primary source for the ideas presented in his book. He is delighted to share these secrets, not only in print, but through workshops, seminars, and other speaking engagements. As an accomplished speaker, Ray has presented to groups nationwide, including bank-sponsored seminars, Chambers of Commerce, and college-level small business workshops.
